On January 2, 2010 the Global Internet Business Link (gibLink) reached an agreement to acquire Global Traffic Matrix (GTM).  The merging of these two companies creates great synergy for future growth while creating significant and positive economic impact for members of GTM and gibLink alike.

The effective date of the merger is March 30, 2010.  During the transition time gibLink management has assumed the day to day management responsibilities of Global Traffic Matrix.  While it would be our goal to have this acquisition effective immediately, our legal counsel has advised us that allowing a 90 day period for all of the legal and accounting procedures is necessary.   In the meantime, both GTM and gibLink will continue to offer great products and services to meet our customers’ needs while GTM members are merged into gibLink.

This acquisition coincides perfectly with the gibLink Feb 15, 2010 scheduled launch of NEW innovations, features and tools offering MORE ways to Network, Advertise and Monetize! This will be a MASSIVE leap forward in providing a dynamic Social Network for Businesses in 2010 while benefiting members of both companies.
